2015年1月、ニューヨークはウェストヴィレッジの名門ジャズクラブ「ヴィレッジ・ヴァンガード」にて誕生したモデル、「ウェストヴィル・ヴァンガード」。ジャズギター界のトップ･プレイヤー、カート・ローゼンウィンケル氏とのコラボレーションにより開発が進められた、セミホロウ・モデルです。

ボディは削り出しのシトカ・スプルース単板トップ、センターブロック部分と一体で削り出された単板のハードメイプル・サイドリム、そして同じく削り出しのハードメイプル単板バックという、「オール削り出し単板」構造。Westvilleのスタンダード・モデル「Butter」をさらに進化させた、ハイスペックなセミホロウ・モデルです。

※カート・ローゼンウィンケル氏のシグネイチャー・シリーズ再編成に伴い、こちらのモデルVanguard SCは非シグネイチャー・モデルとなりました。（ダブルカッタウェイのVanguard DC系モデル = “Vanguard KR”は、引き続きカート氏のシグネイチャー・モデルとなります。）
