Product Description

国産スチールギターブランドとして名を馳せた”Canopus/カノウプス”。ウクレレに関してはOEM製作にて”Sonny D/サニーディー”や”I'iwi/イーヴィー”など、本場ハワイの製作家が手掛けておりました。こちらはI'iwi製の1本。ハワイ・オアフ島にて”チャーリー・フクバ”氏が手掛ける、I'iwi ウクレレは年間わずかな本数のみ製作され、そのサウンドクオリティに惚れ込むファンは数多。”Canopus/カノウプス”ブランド自体は2016年に製造を終了しているため、本器は希少なモデルと言えるでしょう。オールハワイアンコアボディのソプラノモデル。1Pマホガニーネック、エボニー指板&ブリッジ、フリクションゴールドペグ。トップ、サイド、バック面とヘッドの突板には杢の出た美しいコア材が使用されており、ロゼッタと指板のMOPインレイと相まってなんともエレガントなルックスに仕上げられています。ハワイアンコア特有の甘味の強いトーンで、弾けば弾く程味わいが増すような、ともて美しい音色。全体的に薄い小キズなどが見られる程度で、大きく目立った外傷やリペア歴はございません。サドルは弦高調整のため、やや低い状態にセットアップされています。ハワイ製の通なウクレレ。是非お手元に。汎用ハードケースが付属いたします。
