1932年に発表された歴史的銘器"L-00″の新基準のスタンダードモデル"L-00 Standard"。本器はL-00の基本的なスタイルを継承しつつ進化を遂げた”L-00 Special”。シトカスプルーストップ、マホガニーサイド&バック、ユティレネック、 ローズウッド指板&レクタングルブリッジ、グローバーペグ(スモールノブ)、パールヘッドロゴ、スキャロップドXブレイシング、L.R.Baggs社製 Element Bronzeピックアップ標準装備。コンパクトな薄胴ギターですが、フルボディのJ-45に迫るボリュームも合わせ持っています。スリムテーパープロファイルネックを採用し、スムーズな運指をサポート。搭載のPUは1ボリューム1トーン仕様のシンプルな操作でより幅広いユーザに向けて、より幅広いサウンドメイクが可能となります。歯切れ感の強い音で、気っ風がよく、サイズ感以上のボリュームを体感できます。ギブソンの味ともいえるサステイン短めのクリアなトーンが持ち味です。カントリーブルースやラグタイムなどの奏法、ストロークとアルペジオを交えた弾き語りにも最適です。オリジナルギグバッグ付属。
