当時のライバル、Martin社のStyle0に相当するマホガニーボディーのソプラノウクレレです。
現代の技術をもってしても量産するには難しいとされる、精巧な作りが魅力です。サウンドホール淵にマホガニーリングのバインディングを施す等、当時としてもオリジナリティーに富んだデザインが人気で、現在のヴィンテージ市場に出ることも非常に稀です。

【ライオン＆ヒーリー】

Lyon & Healyは、1864年にOliver Ditsonによってシカゴのディストリビューターとして設立され、アメリカで最も古い音楽会社の1つであり、かつては世界最大のギターメーカーの1つでした。「ウォッシュバーン」はDitsonの仲間であるジョージ・ウォッシュバーン・リヨンのミドルネームであり、「ヒーリー」は若い頃に働いていたボストンの小売店「G.P.リード」のギター職人、「パトリック J. ヒーリー」から取ったものです。1800年代後半までに、Lyon & Healyはすでに大量生産を目的としてシカゴに巨大な工場を持っていましたが、マーティンとギブソンはワンマン会社として始まり、より大きな工場に成長しました。 20代半ばには、５種類のマホガニーウクレレ（コアでは3つ）とタロパッチを発売しました。その中で、最も魅力的なモデルである「5320スーパーデラックス」は、マーティン5Kと同等のものとして作成され、どちらも上部と背面にパールのバインディングがあります。ボディとサウンドホール、そして黒檀指板の精巧な真珠の象眼細工。 20代後半には、モデル5330および5331のバラライカ型の箱型ウクレレが提供されました。さらに、ティプル（標準ボディおよびベル型モデル5395）が提供されました。 1928年、リヨン＆ヒーリーは、小売業に専念することを決定した後、すべての製造権を別のシカゴの楽器メーカーであるJ.R.スチュワートカンパニーに売却しました。
