CT55はChris Thileの為にカスタムデザインしたピックです。サイズや形状はTADのピックと非常によく似ていますが、厚みは1.4mmのみです。右効き用のカスタムベベルが施されています。これはChris Thileが現在使用しているピックと同じものです。国内ではフラットピッキングギター、ジャズギター、またバンジョー、マンドリンなども使いこなすマルチプレーヤー有田純弘氏はTAD60.50 TP40.48 CT55他サムピックをその時により使い分けて使用されています。
