Product Description

ハーモニーやケイとともに、五十年代から六十年代にかけて多くのモデルを生産したアメリカン通販ブランド"シルバートーン"のアコースティックアーチトップ。1946年～1950年の間生産されていました。Kay社にて生産された17インチアーチトップギター。プレススプルーストップ、メイプルサイド&バック、メイプルネック、ハカランダ指板、ボーターフレットマーカー指板インレイ、オリジナルハカランダアジャスタブルブリッジ、クルーソンペグ、テールピースは一部破損部を溶接修理されています。スケールは654mmと長めのスケール。トラスロッドのないネックですが大きな反りは見られずごく僅かな順反りで使用に問題ありません。ヘッド裏ウイング部のハガレ接着修理痕があります。ピックガードはなく外したネジ穴がサイドに2箇所残っています。指板エンド部のセルバインディングは外れて紛失した状態です。ネックはナット幅42mmの細めで厚みのあるしっかりとしたグリップです。ジャキジャキとキレよく音量豊富です。ブルージーというかワイルドというか良くも悪くも品のない大味なアメリカンサウンド。見た目にもこの時代を感じる事のできるパンチの効いたダサかっこいいルックスが素敵です。汎用ハードケース付属
