【メーカーHPより】SE Custom 24-08はPRSのフラッグシップ・モデルであるCustom 24の核となる仕様を継承し、直感的な操作性と、あらゆるジャンルに対応できる8つの多彩なサウンドを兼ね備えたモデルです。そして本モデルは、マホガニー・ボディ、メイプル・トップに加え、ボディにポプラ・バールのヴェニアが施されることで、リミテッド・モデルの名に相応しい華やかなルックスに仕上げられています。
搭載されているPRS TCI “S”ピックアップは、太く艶やかなサウンドを創出し、さらにミニトグル・スイッチをふたつ搭載することで、パワフルで厚みのあるハムバッカー・サウンドから、煌びやかでクリスピーなシングルコイル・サウンドへと切り替えることができ、SE Custom 24以上にサウンド・ヴァリエーションを実現。また、PRSでは馴染みのある24フレット、25インチ・スケール、ワイド Thin ネックシェイプ、そしてPRSオリジナルのトレモロのコンビネーションは、高いプレイヤビリティを生み出し、特定のジャンルやシーンに限らず、テクニカルなギターソロからバッキングまで、あらゆるシーンで活躍する仕様になっています。
