The Telecaster Bass, which appeared in 1968 as Fender's first reissue model, is a reproduction of the original 1951 Precision Bass. It follows the vintage specifications such as a one-piece maple neck, a two-way saddle with back-through (nickel-made after '54), and a single-coil pickup, while paying close attention to every detail, such as the paddle pegs and gray bobbins unique to the time.

This is a particularly precious 1968 "Paisley Red" Telecaster Bass.
This is a legendary color that was produced in limited quantities for only two years from 1968 to 1969, in response to the historical background of the "flower movement" and "psychedelic culture" in the United States.

The top and back of the body are covered with paisley-patterned wallpaper, and a clear coat is applied on top of it to improve storage.

The Telecaster Bass is usually made of ash, just like the Original Precision Bass, but this one has a somewhat rare alder body, which gives it a warmer, more resilient tone.

Pickup cover, bridge cover, finger rest, and even the original hard case are included. The pickups and pots are all original, making this a collector's item.

The nut and frets have been replaced. In addition, the fingerboard and neck grip have been refinished. Although there are signs of wear such as peeling paint, all of this speaks to the "living history" of this bass. Despite being a single coil, it has a surprisingly thick, solid mid-low range.
