A circuit has been added to the heavily distorted hard distortion circuit that allows you to get a feedback effect just by continuing to step on the pedal with any amp setting!
The DF-2, which was sold from October 1984 to April 1994, was originally named "SUPER Distortion & Feedbacker", but was soon renamed "SUPER Feedbacker & Distortion" due to licensing issues. This is the renamed "SUPER Feedbacker & Distortion" model. A circuit has been added to the heavily distorted hard distortion circuit that allows you to get a feedback effect just by continuing to step on the pedal with any amp setting. The OVERTONE control adjusts the harmonic frequency. The 2-mode pedal switch allows you to switch between distortion and feedback effects with one pedal operation. The TONE control emphasizes lows when turned left of center, and raises mid-highs when turned to the right. It's a sound reminiscent of 1980s American hard rock and LA metal.
