For guitarists who don't want to compromise on looks or sound, it's not easy to find a guitar that combines individuality and quality. For those who want a guitar with a humbucker that can create a wide range of sounds while also looking for a beautiful look, the options tend to be limited.
Around 1973, the guitar project "The ARTIST SERIES" was launched in collaboration with famous musicians to directly reflect the voices of players, and a wide range of models were released the following year with four-digit model numbers based on a symmetrical double cutaway body shape. After that, in 1979, the AR series was released in Japan with the model number AR, which was highly praised overseas and returned home in triumph, and from this time it was released overseas as the AR series.
The AR300 uses beautiful flame maple for the body top, achieving both a gorgeous appearance and clear tone. The set neck structure of the mahogany body and maple neck provides a warm and extended midrange and a gorgeous high range, making it suitable for a wide range of genres. In addition, the Tri-Sound Switch on each pickup allows you to switch between three tones: humbucker, coil tap, and phase out. This guitar has a wide range of expressive power.
