1981年、チェコスロバキア社会主義共和国時代、ブルーグラスプレイヤーであったFrantisek Furch(フランティセクフォルヒ)氏が自らとその仲間の為にギターを製作を開始。その後の試行錯誤により徐々に品質を高め、プロ・アマ問わず地元プレイヤーの高い評価を得るまでになり、93年時点で20名ほどのスタッフを抱えるギターメーカーに成長。今や多くの日本のプロギタリストにも愛用される程のブランドとなっております。本器はモデルそれぞれの個性を色で表現されたカラーシリーズの中のイエローシリーズ、Gc-CR。低音から高音までのバランスに優れたグランドオーディトリアムサイズボディにシダートップ、ローズウッドサイド&バックという組み合わせ。マホガニーネック、エボニーフィンガーボード&ブリッジ、ゴトー製510ペグ、ダブルリングロゼッタ、べっ甲柄バインディング、クリアピックガード、ベネチアンカッタウェイ、スキャロップド・エックスブレイシング。シンプルながらも大変上品なルックス。どのポジションでも決してもたつかず安定したトーンで発音されるクールなサウンド。レスポンス、サスティーンの良さ、プレイアビリティの高さからソロギタリスト向けとも言われています。音量もあり、レンジの幅も充分。チェコ製ハイコストパフォーマンスブランド”フォルヒ”。まだ触れたことのない方は是非一度お試しください。オリジナルハードケース付属。
