This is a renowned TW-1 pedal, sold from July 1978 to May 1987! It's in excellent condition.
It automatically applies the wah effect by detecting the strength of your picking. Shifting the drive switch from harsh to sweet with the up position changes the tone, while the down position reverses the effect. The circuitry includes a photocoupler and an inductor, just like a wah pedal. Despite its simple controls, it produces a rich tone reminiscent of a brass instrument. When paired with a distorted amplifier or a distorted effect, the envelope-driven sustain adds overtones for a truly sensual sound. It's in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
