The original overdrive, the OD-1, equipped with the TL4558P!
Starting around serial number 8900, the specifications were changed to a dual op amp, and the LED indicator was also changed to display ON/OFF. Most models up to around number 200000 were equipped with the JRC4558D, and from then on, the JRC4558DD, but some also feature the TL4558P and NEC C4558C. This unit is equipped with the TL4558P, and when I compared it to one equipped with the JRC4558D, I was impressed by the lack of bulk, the strong attack, and the impressive power. OD-1s equipped with the TL4558P are probably relatively rare. This is an OD-1 with serial number 0000.
