This pedal-type vintage fuzz + phaser unit features a striking, rugged design, befitting a Maestro!
The phaser effect can be controlled by moving the pedal up or down. The fuzz (phase) can be turned on or off with a switch, producing a unique and impactful fuzz sound. When off, it functions as a volume pedal. As the sweep is lowered, modulation is added to the phase sound. Its fuzz + phase sound is incredible, and it's famously been used by artists like Larry Graham. Incidentally, there is also the FP-1, which, while nearly identical in appearance, has a completely different internal circuit board and component configuration. Unfortunately, there is some crackling in the pot, so we don't recommend using it as a volume pedal. However, this is barely noticeable when the fuzz/phaser is on, so you'll still be able to enjoy the amazing sound.
