京祐助の名義で、為書きラベルだが、恐らく個人の製作家ではなく、当時100社近くあった中小メーカーのいずれかで製作されたものであろう。古物商のオークションでも、たまに見かけるブランドでもある。サイド&バックは、合板で板目のハカランダで、ブックマッチ方式でもないが、当時でも貴重なハカランダを使用している事からも、上位機種であると思われる。トップもスプルース合板だが、近年の量産ギターには見られない、芯のあるクリアな音がする。
