Product Description

嘗てはギブソンのマスタービルダーとして活躍し、ジミー・ペイジやエリッククラプトンなどのレジェンド達のギター製作に携わり、1997年に独立”Giffin Guitars”を立ち上げました。
本器は、代表モデルMICROのUSED品。
マホガニー・ボディ&ネック（5pスルーネック）、マダガスカル・ローズウッド・フィンガーボード、P-90Type PU。
ストラトキャスターとレスポールを融合させた独特のボディシェイプは近代的なニュアンスを持ちます。コントローラー付近の削り込みなどはビルダーものならではな仕上がりでしょう。またコンパクトボディで19フレットの為、操作性は非常に良く長時間の演奏もまったくのストレスフリーです。
骨太でファットなサウンドは、ジャズ・フュージョン、ブルースなどジャンルを選ばないでしょう。また59ネックを彷彿とさせるややファットな印象ですが、ハイポジションまでスイスイと弾けてしまう不思議なシェイプです。この辺りはRoger Giffin氏のセンスでしょう。
目立つ傷もほとんどなく新品のようなコンディションを保っております。滅多に入荷しないGiffin Guitars、ピンときた方はお問い合わせ下さい！
