Paulino Bernabe (1932–2007) 2020 Concert Model Used Guitar

Paulino Bernabe was a renowned Spanish luthier from Madrid, known not only for his guitar-making but also for his musical talent. He studied guitar performance under the renowned disciple of Tárrega, Daniel Fortea. Bernabe earned immense respect as the head craftsman in the José Ramírez workshop during the 1950s and 1960s, playing a critical role in the golden era of the Ramírez brand. In 1969, he established his own workshop, where he continued to create distinctive guitars using traditional methods, earning a gold medal at the 1974 International Craft Exhibition in Munich. One of his most famous creations was a 10-string guitar, which became beloved by the legendary Narciso Yepes.

His son, Paulino Bernabe Jr. (1960–), followed in his father’s footsteps, training from a young age and formally becoming his apprentice at 17. After over 20 years of rigorous apprenticeship and joint creation, Paulino Jr. took over the family brand following his father’s passing in 2007. Today, Paulino Bernabe Jr. continues to uphold the legacy of his father, offering a refined range of guitars that balance cost performance with playability, earning high praise from young professional guitarists. The brand is now considered one of Madrid's most prestigious.

[Description]
This is a 2020 Paulino Bernabe Concert Model used guitar. There are no significant repairs or cracks, and the guitar remains in excellent condition overall. There are a few minor, shallow dings (around 1mm) near the edges of the fingerboard and around the soundhole, but they are barely noticeable. The back shows some minor cosmetic marks from clothing friction during storage or play, but these are also light and minimal. The neck has a slight relief, which is within the standard range, and the frets are in optimal condition.
